Items eligible for return must be postmarked 7 days after receipt of product (verified by the tracking receipt). Send returned items to:

Shoes must be returned with the box and no labels affixed to it.
All Items returned must be unworn, labels attached and in new condition. Items should be free of household odors.
Defective Items: Please advise LIVInOutdoors of any defective items within 7 days of receipt.
